Pale Ale

Brew Age Hopfenauflauf (“Hop Bake”) is an Austrian interpretation of an American pale ale.

Pale ale is a top-fermented type of beer characterised by the use of special ale yeast and aromatic varieties of hops.

Another special characteristic of this beer is the use of dry hopping, where aromatic hops are added to the already fermented beer. This gives a fruity bouquet reminiscent of exotic and citrus fruits.
